Community Research Foundation (CRF) programs deliver services in a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive manner, utilizing a wraparound approach for children and a psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery approach for adults. Individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use problems are welcomed, and an integrated approach is utilized to address both the psychiatric and substance conditions. The strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences of clients and families/significant others are considered primary in carrying out this mission. CRF provides services to various diverse communities such as Latinx and Middle Eastern populations.

You’ll report directly to the Director of Business Development and work closely with our clinical operations, leadership, and marketing teams.

What You'll Do

• Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and assess opportunities
• Clearly communicate TBH’s services and value to prospective clients
• Partner with internal teams to align messaging and outreach strategy
• Maintain up-to-date records and reports in our CRM
• Represent TBH at industry events and webinars as needed
• Track and provide feedback on market trends, pain points, and opportunities
• Support new growth initiatives, partnerships, and market expansion

What Success Looks Like

In your first 3 months, you'll:

• Learn our value prop, markets, and tools
• Build your pipeline through outbound outreach

• Own a strong, consistent prospect pipeline

Pay and Benefits

• The anticipated new hire base salary range for this full-time position is $58,000-$65,000 + commission + benefits. 
• Individual compensation is determined based on candidate’s location as well as other factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, job-related skills, training, etc.

Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services – Warm Springs, MT

The mission of the Department of Public Health and Human Services is to promote and protect the health, well-being, and self-sufficiency of all Montanans. The Department’s Healthcare Facilities Division (HFD) oversees the seven state-operated healthcare facilities, including the Montana State Hospital. This job will serve as HFD’s Chief Medical Officer and is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of all clinical and medical services and programs, medical policies and procedures, and quality assurance programs and activities. The position oversees and directs all aspects of medical care provided to patients, clients, and residents by the state-operated facilities. They will interact with all other parts of the organization including Facility Administrators, nursing leadership, therapy, psychology, fiscal, personnel, quality improvement, and health information.

Nearby Lost Creek State Park features spectacular grey limestone cliffs that rise 1,200 feet above the canyon's narrow floor. The Pintler Scenic Route, a 63-mile drive, starts in nearby Anaconda, one of Montana's most historic towns and travels to Georgetown Lake and Philipsburg and is a wonderful alternative to Interstate 90 when traveling between Butte and Missoula. The community is the site of Montana State Hospital, the only long-term psychiatric hospital operated by the state of Montana. The hospital was founded by the Territorial Government of Montana in 1877. The State of Montana purchased the hospital in 1912 and renamed it Warm Springs State Hospital in 1965.[3] The "warm springs" are located on the hospital campus. Hot water seeps from a limestone cone that is about 40 feet high. The Native Americans called this the "Lodge of the Whitetailed Deer" giving the Deer Lodge Valley its name. There are no community services other than a bar and convenience store on the frontage road and a post office (zip code 59756) on the hospital campus. Brown trout fishing can be found in the Clark Fork River just east of Warm Springs and in the ponds on the Warm Springs Wildlife Management Area.

Medical Director

• Works to assure that clinical operations are cost effective by analyzing internal and external costs, resource utilization, and performance data.
• Assures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, licensure, accreditation, and certification requirements.
• Collaborates with other DPHHS divisions and external agencies to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare disparities.
• Serves as a medical expert and advisor to the DPHHS leadership team on matters related to healthcare facilities, clinical care, patient safety, and quality improvement.
• Monitors and analyzes relevant data to identify trends, issues, and areas of concern, and develop targeted interventions and initiatives to address them.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and completion of an appropriate residency program approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association.
• A minimum of ten years of clinical experience, with at least five years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare facility or health system.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare facility operations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
