Help us expand access to quality psychiatric care.

TBH is on a mission to improve mental health services through innovative staffing solutions. We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to fuel our company’s growth by connecting with potential partners and identifying where our services can make the biggest impact.

As the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients, you'll play a critical role in shaping how our brand is experienced and trusted. If you’re energized by outreach, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love connecting the dots between client needs and smart solutions, we want to hear from you.

You’ll report directly to the Director of Business Development and work closely with our clinical operations, leadership, and marketing teams.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads via outbound emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and assess opportunities
  • Clearly communicate TBH’s services and value to prospective clients
  • Partner with internal teams to align messaging and outreach strategy
  • Maintain up-to-date records and reports in our CRM
  • Represent TBH at industry events and webinars as needed
  • Track and provide feedback on market trends, pain points, and opportunities
  • Support new growth initiatives, partnerships, and market expansion

What Success Looks Like

In your first 3 months, you'll:

  • Learn our value prop, markets, and tools
  • Build your pipeline through outbound outreach
  • Join client and internal meetings to absorb positioning and strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to align messaging and lead generation efforts.

By month 6, you’ll:

  • Own a strong, consistent prospect pipeline
  • Qualify leads and help close or hand off deals
  • Start establishing industry relationships and contributing strategic insights

By your first year, you’ll:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly pipeline/revenue goals
  • Mentor junior team members or help onboard new hires
  • Contribute to company growth strategy and market optimization

Metrics & Goals

  • 250+ outbound emails, 125+ calls, and multiple discovery meetings per week
  • Qualified leads generated and converted
  • Quarterly revenue or pipeline goals achieved
  • CRM accuracy and outreach performance tracked and optimized

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to craft compelling outreach messages
  • Experience generating leads and closing or qualifying deals
  • CRM proficiency
  • Passion for mission-driven work and entrepreneurial energy
  • Knowledge of the healthcare, mental health, or staffing industries
  • Experience in B2B sales cycles
  • Existing network within our target verticals

Pay and Benefits

  • The anticipated new hire base salary range for this full-time position is $58,000-$65,000 + commission + benefits.
  • Individual compensation is determined based on candidate’s location as well as other factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, job-related skills, training, etc.
  • Benefits include comprehensive healthcare coverage, monthly gym reimbursement, 401(k) and company match, paid time off and more.
  • Additional details will be provided during the recruitment process.
